Welcome to our Pet Health Plan. A great way to spread the cost of treatments and give your pet the preventative healthcare they deserve.
There are great savings, and the cost of products and services included in the plan are split into convenient monthly Direct Debit payments.
Pet Health Plan
You and your pet must be registered with the practice before joining the Pet Health Plan
It covers all your pet’s basic preventative health care needs, including;
- Annual Vaccinations
- Flea, tick and worming products that fit with your pet’s lifestyle delivered straight to your door with our NEW home delivery serviceÂ
- Six monthly health checks
- 10% off neutering
- 10% long term medications
Admin FeeÂ
There is a joining fee of £10 for your first pet, taken with the first Direct Debit.
if you have signed up for a Home Delivery plan, then you must discuss this with the practice to arrange the set-up for the prescription and subsequent delivery, as we will not do so without having had a discussion/had an appointment.
